El All American Bowl es un tazón que reúne a los 100 mejores jugadores Senior de High School de la Nación, en San Antonio Texas (conocida como Military City USA) y son divididos geográficamente para formar los equipos EAST y WEST (Este y Oeste), durante una semana tienen entrenamientos y participan en el Combine Nacional a fin de que los scouts de diferentes Universidades los evalúen.

La Noche anterior el Juego del 6 de enero de 2023 hubo una cena en el Hotel Sede (Grand Hyatt Downtown San Antonio, Tx) llamada 2023 AWRDS SHOW donde se premio a lo mas destacado en diferentes categorías: Coach del Año Jason Negro, el premio Anthony Munoz al Lineman del Año Kadyn Proctor, el jugador ofensivo del año fue Dante Moore, el jugador defensivo del año Daryk Bowen, el jugador del. año Caleb Downs,el Hombre del año fue para Walker Lyons.

La historia y Tradición del All American Bowl nos dice que de los jugadores que han participado en este juego ha habido 533 seleccionados, 86 campeones de Super Bowl, 17 finalistas del Heisman, entre los destacan: Odell Beckham Jr., Christian McCaffrey, Tim Tebow, Derrick Henry, DeVonta Smith, y Trevor Lawrence.

Este año el equipo del Oeste gano 55-17 destacando jugadores como el MVP Dante Moore QB comprometido con UCLA.
